<image:caption>Soon after gaining independence in 2011, South Sudan was torn by violence. David and his family are among millions who fled home to find safety. After spending more than two years stuck at a UN camp in Bentiu, David shares his story. Find out about MSF’s touring exhibition, Forced From Home, which will feature 360-degree video and virtual reality documentaries that show the realities of displacement around the world at: http://www.forcedfromhome.com/</image:caption>

      <image:title>Our Work - We Are Rohingya</image:title>
<image:caption>Mohammed and his family awoke one morning to the sound of gunfire in their village in Myanmar. The father of three describes how his son Ismail went from having a relatively normal life playing soccer with his friends, to trekking through rain-drenched forests to escape Myanmar, and falling sick with diphtheria while trying to settle into life at a refugee camp in Bangladesh. Their story echoes those of some 700,000 other Rohingya forced to flee their homes following a violent campaign by the Myanmar military starting in August 2017. <image:title>Our Work - PODCAST: CULTURAL POWER FOR COLLECTIVE LIBERATION</image:title>
<image:caption>From Palestine to Puerto Rico, Sudan to Standing Rock, Berlin to Brooklyn and beyond – a mass movement of people is interconnected not only in our struggle against injustice, but in celebration of our collective power to demand and create change. Decolonize. Solidarity. Liberation. Love. What do they sound, look, feel like in action? Join our host Zahyr Lauren aka The Artist L. Haz – to explore these questions with trailblazing artists who are using cultural power to confront erasure and censorship with creativity and connection. Produced by and centering the voices of women, queer, trans, and gender-expansive artists, THE SOLIDARITY INDEX is guided by the fact that no one of us can be free until everybody’s free.</image:caption>
